14h00 - 17h00: Tourist excursion to Oudenaarde by bus or bicycle (CRVV + Roman brewery) – pre-registration compulsory

18h00 tot 20h00: Collect race number plates

20h00 to 22h30: Opening ceremony Addresses by Alderman of Sport, Minister of Sport (or Deputy Minister of Sport), Walter Rottiers and the Mayor.
Introduce the participants and place flags of the registered countries on the podium.
Musical intermezzo.
Reception with drinks and regional Flemish fare

Friday 17.09.10

10h00 to 12h00 Tourist excursion to the City of Geraardsbergen and visit the church of Hemelveerdegem -Lierde + taste the mattentaart (cheesecake speciality) + bicycle blessing at the Oudenberg chapel

16h30 - 18h00: Team time trial

19h00 to 23h00: Award ceremony and afterwards a “Pasta Party” with pasta dishes and drinks for a reasonable price – and DJ takes care of the ambience…

Saturday 18.09.10

14h00 - 17h00: Individual time trial

18h00 to 24h00: VIP – dinner + award ceremony and afterwards a Flemish National Festival with a performance by the “Bobby Setter Band” and fireworks display.

Sunday 19.09.10

11h00 - 17h00: Race

17h30: Closing ceremony.
